Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the ar44 platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the ar44 website, including visitors who do not hold a registered account.

If you are registering an account on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms, and that the entity accepts these terms in full.

ar44 reserves the right to refuse access to the platform to any individual or entity at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on ar44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ar44 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting market on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of ar44 or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ar44 platform for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, terms violations, or self-exclusion.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

ar44 operates as an offshore gaming platform and does not represent that its services are available or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction. Players in Bangladesh are advised to verify the current legal status of online gaming under applicable national and local regulations before using the platform.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one registered account only on the ar44 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. ar44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify ar44 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

ar44 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these terms, provided false registration information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ar44 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, ar44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents at any stage of your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Upon registration or first deposit
• Before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold
• When ar44 has reasonable grounds to verify your identity, age, or source of funds
• At any time as required by ar44's internal compliance procedures

Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may be satisfied by a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months.

Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by ar44 may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed. ar44 will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals caused by incomplete or outstanding KYC documentation.

Deposits and Payments

ar44 accepts deposits via the following payment methods currently available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time at ar44's discretion. The current list of active payment methods is displayed in the cashier section of your account.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no platform fee applied to deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ar44 accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must be funded from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or commercial entities — are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your account and the return of the deposited funds.

Deposited funds are credited to your ar44 account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. In the event of a technical delay, please contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number and ar44 will investigate and resolve the issue as promptly as possible.

ar44 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from the cashier section of your account, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the required KYC verification process before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not yet completed their applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, except where that method does not support outbound payments, in which case ar44 will contact you to arrange an alternative.

ar44 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume, during scheduled maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.

ar44 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual in size, frequency, or context relative to the account's typical activity. Such checks will be communicated to the account holder, and ar44 will endeavour to complete them without undue delay.

Bonuses and Promotions

ar44 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and event-specific promotions tied to major cricket tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions. The specific terms applicable to each promotion — including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), expiry date, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings — are published on the respective promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

General bonus rules that apply to all ar44 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible account holders only. One bonus per promotion per household or device is permitted.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• ar44 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's bonus entitlement if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player is abusing the promotion.
• Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using a VPN to circumvent geographic restrictions, placing opposing bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus mechanics.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the timeframe specified on the promotion page. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

ar44 is not obligated to offer any bonus or promotion at any time and may discontinue any ongoing promotion by providing reasonable notice to affected players.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the ar44 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product type. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or betting market interface. In the event of a conflict between a product-specific rule and these Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rule shall prevail.

General betting and gaming rules that apply across all ar44 products:

• Finality of results: The outcome of all settled bets and completed game rounds is final, subject only to ar44's right to void or reverse a result in the circumstances described below.
• Void bets: ar44 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that has been suspended, incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, or affected by irregular activity. In such cases, the stake is returned to the account holder's balance.
• Manifest errors: If a price or payout is published as a result of a manifest error (including but not limited to typographical errors, system glitches, or data feed failures), ar44 is not obligated to honour bets placed at that price and may void such bets at its discretion.
• Connection interruptions: ar44 is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile data dropouts, Wi-Fi interruptions, or device failures during an active game session.
• Currency: All account balances and transactions on ar44 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

ar44 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games and slots. Live casino games are conducted by real, trained dealers operating from licensed facilities. Neither the platform nor its staff have any ability to influence game outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ar44 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity
• Depositing funds from a payment account registered in another person's name
• Sharing account access credentials with any third party
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to disguise your true location for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards ar44 staff or other players via any channel

Where ar44 suspects prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to place a temporary hold on the affected account and all associated transactions while an investigation is conducted. The account holder will be notified of the hold and given the opportunity to provide information relevant to the investigation. ar44 will complete investigations without undue delay and will communicate its findings to the account holder.

Responsible Gaming

ar44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period of 48 hours.
• Loss limits: Cap your net losses over a defined time period to keep your gambling within a budget you are comfortable with.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been logged into the platform for a specified duration, helping you stay aware of how long you have been playing.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily exclude your account for a period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. Permanent self-exclusion is also available. During any self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ar44 platform — including but not limited to the ar44 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics, text, software, data feeds, promotional materials, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of ar44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ar44 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ar44 platform without prior written consent from ar44.

Any unauthorised use of ar44's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that content on the ar44 platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact [email protected] with full details of your claim.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar44 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical interruptions, platform outages, or server errors
• Loss or corruption of account data
• Delay in processing deposits or withdrawals due to payment provider issues
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform
• Loss or damage caused by third-party actions, including cyberattacks or data breaches originating outside ar44's control

ar44's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms & Conditions, regardless of the nature of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ar44 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits ar44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by ar44's negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

Privacy and Data

ar44 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the ar44 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ar44 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the ar44 servers. Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. ar44 does not store full payment card numbers and does not have access to your mobile wallet PIN or password.

ar44 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and compliance service providers to the extent necessary for the operation of the platform and the fulfilment of legal obligations.

Amendments and Termination

ar44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ar44 will notify registered account holders by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than 7 days after the date of notification except where changes are required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the ar44 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the platform, withdraw any remaining balance from your account, and request account closure by contacting [email protected].

ar44 may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms & Conditions, if ar44 is required to do so by applicable law or regulation, or if ar44 ceases to operate the platform in your jurisdiction. Upon termination for breach, any balance held in your account that is not subject to an active investigation or pending withdrawal hold may be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to ar44's right of set-off for any amounts you owe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to offshore gaming platforms operating in the jurisdiction in which ar44 is incorporated. ar44 and you agree that any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be referred to ar44's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, please contact [email protected] with full details of your complaint. ar44 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ar44's internal process, you may refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. ar44 will cooperate fully with any ADR process to which both parties agree in writing.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of the dispute resolution process.
